We can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was received. All items must be returned to us before we proceed with a refund, exchange or credit note.
Items returned outside the 14 days will be accepted at our discretion, please always email us first for confirmation as we have the right to decline any orders returned after the 14 days has expired.
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. We will not accept or process any returns with self inflicted defects such as marks from makeup, perfume, deodorant, dirt, antiperspirant and also odours. Please don’t use scissors or knives to open your package. Returns with any of the listed defects will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Please thoroughly inspect any items you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
Delivery & Charges
Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
Returned orders that qualified for the ‘Free Delivery with £*** spend’ and are subsequently returned, will be refunded net of our standard delivery charge or our actual outgoing postage costs, whichever is the larger, where the remaining order value is less than £***.
How to return an item to VERÜCKT?
You will find a returns form with your order. Please fill out the form, tick the specific box (return or refund). Please specify a reason for returning the item by using the code system on the form.
If you would like an exchange please specify the size and the product. For any additional information we may need, please fill in the comment box.
Package up your returned item carefully and return to the address on the return form. Please note this is just a returns address and does not cover any postage costs.
Take your parcel to your local Post Office or courier. As the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for service.
I need to cancel my order
If you need to cancel an order before dispatch please contact us ASAP stating your order number and a reason why. We can then process the full refund straight away. Please note we can only cancel orders which have not been sent out to the courier, so please be quick. On dispatched orders you will need to proceed with the returns process on receipt of your
I would like to return an item for an exchange
We will process your return as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day of receipt. We can only exchange items for products totaling the same value of your returned item/s. You will receive an email to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped. Please allow the maximum delivery time (of your location) for your new delivery to arrive. however most arrive sooner. We will notify you if your selected exchange/d product/s are not in stock.
I would like to return an item for a refund
We will process your return as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day of receipt. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your card. Delivery charges are non refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us. I would like to return an item for a credit note
We will process all returns within 3 days (usually the same day), we will set up a credit note instantly. You will then be notified how to use the credit note for future use.
I have received a faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from veruckt.com for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in via email or when returning your goods (with the returns form filled in) within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by post. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to our return address in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods (royal mail signed for).
