You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

When will I be charged?

 

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken.

 

Why is my PayPal paying by E-Cheque?

 

If you checkout via Paypal and don't have the funds or an up to date card linked to your account, paypal will process the order. We will receive an E-Cheque (which often takes 10 working days to process).

 

E-Cheques can be cancelled by yourselves through your PayPal account so unfortunately we can't send or secure goods until the money has cleared. We will often message you, as most people are unaware of their card expiring.

 

Discount codes

 

Only 1 discount can be applied to each transaction.

Some discounts are time limited and have other terms and conditions, please contact us if you need any support.

  

How to add a discount code on the desktop?

 

1. Firstly check out and enter all your relevant details or login.

2. Continue to shipping method

3. On the right there is a box "discount code" 

4. Enter your discount code in the box and apply.

5. Your discount will be applied.

 

How to add a discount code on a mobile?

 

1. Firstly check out and enter all your relevant details or login.

2. Continue to shipping method

3. At the top of the page click the dropdown link "show order summary" 

4. Enter your discount code in the box and apply.

5. Your discount will be applied.

 

My promo code isn’t working?

 

Please check the below:

  • You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our delivery promotions too.
  • Promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers.
  • As our promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
  • Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. If you’ve received the code in an email from VERÜCKT then the code may also be locked to that email address. Make sure you’re checking out using the same email address you received the code from.
