Order Issues

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the fault

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • The order number
  • The missing item's name
  • A description of the problem
We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. If an entire order is missing please wait for the maximum delivery time before contacting us. Please let us know if the package looks like it has been broken into or damaged and provide photographic evidence, so we can investigate the matter with the local courier.

 

You have 14 days to return your item from the date you received the order. After these 14 days, if you feel your item is unsatisfactory please contact a member of our team and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you. We can only accept returns if in resellable condition, unless the item is faulty. Please see the returns policy for all the terms and conditions (link at the bottom of the page).

 

We are so sorry if we have made a mistake. Please contact us immediately with your order number, name and the issue. We will get back to you ASAP with a solution. We can only accept returns back within the 14 day returns period, please contact us with any queries.
