Delivery FAQ

Please give the maximum delivery time for the order to arrive. If you are still waiting after this time, please contact us for an update.

We process all orders within an hour of receiving if ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday. You should receive a tracking number once the order has been sent to the local courier. For any changes please be quick as we can't amend the order once with the courier.

Unfortunately not, as soon as the order is processed the delivery time frame can’t be changed. If you message us straight away (and the order hasn’t been processed yet), we may ask you to cancel the order and try again with your preferred delivery choice.

Yes you can, along as you email us in time. We get regular collections throughout the day, once your parcel is in the couriers hands we can't change any details. Please make sure you contact us using the same email address or phone number you checked out with (for obvious security reasons).

All orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 4pm Thursday to Friday 4pm will be sent Monday. Any orders sent after 4pm Friday to Monday 4pm will be sent Monday for Tuesday delivery. Please note on bank holidays, this does not count as a working day and your order will be sent the next working day. Please contact us if you have experienced any problems.

Unfortunately we don’t offer Saturday/Sunday delivery yet. It is something we will be looking to implement sometime in 2019. For special requirements on delivery please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
